I called Golden Bear Carpet Cleaning and they weren't able to do it but must've felt really bad about my situation because they called me back a few minutes later to say that they would squeeze me in and someone could come over later that day. I was expecting it to be a few hours. Someone came within the hour and was so professional and kind. I appreciated the respect for my home and family. He was considerate of how he routed the hose to the room so the hose wouldn't be tracked all over my house. He was patient and kind to do two treatments in that room until I was happy with the results. And for my large area rug, he took extra care to clean the front and back side of the rug!
